Give Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any Model Context Protocol client direct access to NYC building compliance data. Ask about an address and the assistant pulls HPD, DOB, and ECB records from official city datasets through Pijexa, instead of guessing.

HPD, DOB, and ECB/OATH violation counts (total and open), estimated fines, risk signals such as an expired HPD registration or a vacate order, a preview of the most recent violations per agency, and boiler, facade (LL11), and elevator inspection status for any NYC address. Returns the building's BIN and BBL.

The open-violation benchmark for a NYC ZIP code, and a verdict comparing a building's open count to its neighbors.

order_due_diligence_reportAction

Starts a purchase of the $49 Pijexa Due Diligence Report for one building and returns a Stripe-hosted checkout link valid for 30 minutes. Payment happens on Stripe, never inside the tool. The assistant must have your explicit confirmation before calling it.

ChatGPT

Available through the ChatGPT app directory once listed. Developer mode users can add the endpoint URL as a custom connector in the meantime.

Data and privacy

Results come from NYC Open Data (HPD, DOB, ECB/OATH, FDNY, DOF) and are refreshed on each call. They are a preview; the complete violation history, ownership, and tax detail are in the $49 Due Diligence Report.

For each tool call we record the tool name, the calling client's name and version, the address or ZIP queried, timing, success or error, and a salted hash of the caller's IP address for abuse prevention. We do not store the IP itself, and we never store the inputs to the order tool. Orders placed through an assistant are handled under the same Terms and Privacy Policy as orders on this site.
