What the free listing includes
A listing page with photos
Up to 5 photos, rent, deposit, fees, utilities and amenities on one clean page.
Private drafts
Drafts stay private until you publish. Your street address stays hidden unless you choose to show it.
A renter inquiry inbox
Renters send a message without creating an account. You reply to them directly.
New-inquiry alerts
Verified owners on the account get in-app alerts and an email link to the private inbox.
Free renewals
Listings run 30 days. Renewal opens in the final 7 days or after expiry; you confirm the home is still available.
Worth knowing
This is a new pilot: no automatic syndication to other marketplaces and no guaranteed traffic or leads. Renters don’t apply, get screened or pay through Pijexa.
How it works
Step 1: Create your landlord account
Sign up and verify your email. No credit card.
Step 2: Draft the listing
Add photos and details at your own pace. Nothing is public yet.
Step 3: Confirm, publish, share
Confirm you’re authorized to list the home and that it follows fair housing law, then publish. Share your link wherever you already advertise and answer inquiries from your inbox.
Have these ready before you publish
- A title of at least 10 characters and a description of at least 80
- Borough, neighborhood, street address and a New York City ZIP code
- Bedrooms, bathrooms and an available date
- Monthly rent and security deposit (the form won’t accept a deposit above one month’s rent)
- Every fee a renter pays, or “None”
- Which utilities are included
- At least one photo, up to 5
Unsure what to ask? The rent estimate tool gives a starting suggestion, not a guarantee. The building compliance check shows public building records.

When one vacancy becomes a portfolio

Compare management plansQuestions landlords ask
Is the listing really free?
Yes. Each landlord account can have one active listing at no charge, with free renewals. There’s no credit card and no automatic upgrade to a paid plan.
Is it one free listing per property?
No. It’s one active listing per landlord account, and co-owners on that account share it. When a home rents, mark it rented and publish your next one.
Does my listing renew automatically?
No. Each renewal is a quick confirmation from you, available in the final 7 days of a listing or after it expires.
Will Pijexa send my listing to other sites or guarantee leads?
No. There’s no automatic syndication to other marketplaces, and Pijexa Rentals is a new pilot, so we can’t promise traffic or inquiries. Your shareable link is yours to post anywhere.
Do renters apply or pay through Pijexa?
No. An inquiry is a message, not an application. There’s no screening or payment step; you take the conversation from there.
How renter details are handled: inquiry privacy.
