Rental Listing Builder for NYC Landlords
Turn the facts about your vacancy into a clear listing title and description you can paste wherever you advertise. The draft only uses what you enter; it never adds amenities, terms or claims.
No signup and no account. It runs in your browser: nothing you type is sent, saved or published.
Start your draftHow to use it
- Enter the borough, neighborhood, bedrooms, bathrooms and monthly rent.
- Add what you know for sure: the available date, utilities, fees and a few true highlights. Leave anything blank rather than guessing.
- Choose Build my draft, then copy the title and description and edit them in your own words.
Your rental’s facts
Whole dollars are fine, like 2950.
Leave blank if you don’t know yet; the draft won’t mention a date.
Which are included and which the renter pays, in your words.
Every fee a renter pays, or “None”.
One true fact per line, up to 8. Describe the home, not who should live there.
Your draft
Fill in the facts and choose Build my draft. Your title and description appear here as plain text you can copy and edit.
What makes a listing easy to trust
State facts, not adjectives
Renters skim for rent, size, location and move-in timing. Specific facts (“two closets”, “third-floor walk-up”) tell them more than “stunning” or “luxury”.
Put every cost up front
Say which utilities are included and list every fee a renter would pay, or write “None”. The builder leaves these out when you do, and reminds you.
Describe the home, not the renter
Fair housing laws restrict statements about who may or may not rent a home. Stick to the home itself. This tool doesn’t review your text for legal compliance and isn’t legal advice.

This builder doesn’t publish anything. NYC landlords can post one active listing free per Pijexa account, with photos, a shareable link and a private renter inquiry inbox. You create an account, verify your email and confirm the listing before it goes live.

- An available date, every fee or “None”, and which utilities are included
- A title of at least 10 characters and a description of at least 80
